Domain Registration Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern the registration and management of domain names through Extreme Code Studios.
Registration
When we register or manage a domain on your behalf, registration is also subject to the policies of the relevant registry and registrar, which you agree to comply with.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate, current and complete registrant details. Inaccurate information may lead to suspension or cancellation of the domain by the registry.
Renewals and expiry
Domains are registered for a fixed term and must be renewed to remain active. We will endeavour to remind you before expiry, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal. Expired domains may be lost or subject to redemption fees.
Transfers
Domains may be transferred to or from us subject to registry rules, including any applicable transfer locks and authorisation codes.
Disputes
Domain disputes are handled under the relevant dispute resolution policies of the registry (such as the UDRP for applicable TLDs). We are not responsible for the outcome of such disputes.
Fees
Registration, renewal and transfer fees are as quoted at the time of the transaction and are generally non-refundable once the registry has processed the request.
Cancellation
You may choose not to renew a domain. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid to the registry.
