Extreme Code Studios provides custom software, automation, AI, data, integration, web, hosting and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or materials reasonably required for us to deliver our services. Delays in these may affect timelines.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which we retain and license to you as needed to use the deliverables.

Our website content, branding and materials remain the property of Extreme Code Studios.

Fees, payment schedules and any recurring charges are defined in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable by the stated due date. Late payment may result in suspension of work or services.

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without further warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extreme Code Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Extreme Code Studios entity is established, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
