Web Hosting Terms

These terms apply to managed web hosting and related infrastructure services provided by Extreme Code Studios. They supplement our general Terms of Use.

You agree not to use our hosting for unlawful content, malware, spam, activities that infringe others' rights, or anything that compromises the security, stability or performance of our infrastructure or other customers.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension.

We target 99.9% uptime as described in our Uptime Guarantee. From time to time we perform scheduled maintenance, which we aim to carry out during low-traffic windows with reasonable notice where practical.

We perform routine backups as part of our managed service. You remain responsible for retaining your own copies of critical data where possible.

We may suspend hosting for non-payment, security threats, or breaches of these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Hosting is provided on a recurring basis. Fees, billing cycle and renewal terms are set out in your plan or agreement. Services renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for the content and applications you host, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

On termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to help you migrate your data. Charges for work performed remain payable.
